- The Arrival — a focused consulting engagement centered on building and reviewing your complete financial picture, with follow-up sessions.

You must be 18 years or older to engage our services. Our consulting is designed for adults seeking education and clarity around their personal and business finances.
Payment, refunds, and cancellation
By enrolling in an engagement, you agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Any recurring or installment arrangements are billed according to the schedule agreed at enrollment.
Because our work is highly personalized and includes one-on-one time and proprietary materials prepared specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds. Specific refund or cancellation terms for each engagement will be communicated to you before you enroll. If you have questions about your specific engagement, please contact us before purchasing.

SMS communication
Haven offers text (SMS) communication for appointment scheduling and reminders, two-way support, and coordination related to your consulting engagement.
We do not collect phone numbers or send text messages through a public sign-up form on our website. After Hannah connects with you by email, you may be invited to provide your mobile number and confirm that you consent to receive text messages from Haven. We only send texts to clients and prospective clients who have given us their mobile number and expressly agreed to receive messages from us. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and our conversation.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.
